Booking was done to hanover hotel, but our rooms were in airlines hotel accross the street. rooms were extremely small and located in the cellar with the windows to the dark inner part of the hotel. very poor breakfest, not enough tables for all guests.O LEARY

The hotel was old but quite good value for money. it was in an excellent location within walking distance of victoria station and buckingham palace.My gripe with the hotel was that we had to check out early due to a sudden death in the family and were not offered any refund on the last night of our booking even though our room was empty and available to be resold.Smith

Hanover was close to the major attractins in london.There were 2 main problems with the services at the hotel. one was that the advertised english breakfast was not part of our tariff and neither could we get the service. the second was that the hotel had a lift advertised on the website and did not have one. three (3) members of our group were sick during our visit and the lack of a lift was very disadvantageous with heavy luggage to move.
