 "Friendly Service"
The hotel is perfectly situated, nice walking to shopping areas ( Fulham road and Kings Road), close museums and direct underground connections to Heathrow Airport and the city. Until summer 2013 there are renovation works in the house and it can be noisy at daytime. I got without problems a quiet room on my request, even an upgrade. The service is very friendly and helpful.

 "Good sized rooms"
Pros: Good sized rooms. close to the underground and in a quiet area. could open the window which is a big plus!
Cons: Needs a make over - looking a little jaded. foyer looks very clinical, not cosy like it used to.

 "Far too expensive"
The hotel is located very well, but it is far too expensive. It is simply a 'hotel factory' with no special athmosphere. The staff is friendly but seem unexperienced. Our room was worn down, the wallpaper was flaking. One out of two lifts did not work during the entire stay. The breakfast is expensive and the wifi is ridicously expensive. All in all a poor relation between price and value.

Pros: We loved the hotel's location and i think value for price is very very good. they were kind enough to let us for a late check out and also we left our luggage there for 2 nights while we were staying else where.
Cons: Free internet (wi-fi) connection is limited to 30 min. in the lobby and 15 min. in the business center which i think is ridiculous.

 "Excellent overall"
Pros: Excellent overall. rooms are perfect size, beds are comfortable, well furnished and very clean. good sound insulation.
Cons: The bathroom is very clean and fairly equipped, but needs some maintenance works of caulking and floor spot cleaning. the shower needed strong muscles to turn off the water.

Cons: Charging 15 pounds a day for internet access is plain greedy. most hotel over wlan access for free.
the furnishings in the room were old. the curtains were torn.

Pros: Recently renovated hotel, clean, room had a queen bed, two comfortable armchairs and a chair, a round breakfast table, and a desk. coffee maker provided free. location excellent, only 200 meters from key underground station giving direct access to piccadilly, district and circle lines. great restaurants fairly priced in the area.
