 "Outstanding Staff"
I enjoyed the Holiday Inn tremendously. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was professional and friendly. I arrived exhausted and early from the US and the woman at the desk helped me get an early check in. The staff helped me figure out how to best get around London while I was there. I left in the middle of my stay for a conference in Reading and when I came back was upgraded to a penthouse. The view was outstanding. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean. When my friends came to get me for dinner, I debated whether I should just stay in and enjoy my room.
