Clean bathroom, hated the blankets, very polite receptionists, small room, didn't like the dining area in the basement, breakfast was ok, value for money ok

"Ideal for an overnight stay"
When booking a twin room be aware that the beds are quite small (narrow) so if you like plenty of space these may not be ideal. Apart from that the hotel was clean, reception staff were courteiou although not sure if they would be able to understand complicated requests. Room & en suite were very clean. Very little traffic noise which is always welcome.

Cons: The hotel was undergoing major refurbishment by shoddy builders. it should not havr been open.
Pros: Reasonable location, decent sized room.
Cons: My room was under the entrance and so there was a lot of noise from above. althought the rooms were decent the hallways of the hotel were rather run down.
Pros: Good location, nice cleaning and friendly staff
Cons: Small rooms (not a problem), borrin breakfast.

"Good location"
Pros: Good location
Cons: There was one receptionest who was very rude to us. i kept having problems logging off the purchased internet with my computer (so it kept running while i was using it). i kept bringing it downstairs to see if they could fix it and they could not. but the one receptionest was not understanding and wanted to charge me more. also, though the room was clean, it was extremely run down, which made for an uncomfortable stay

Cons: The room was in the basement with bars on the window, albeit the room was refurbished
lack of sleep most nights due to the poor soundproofing also we were directly under the reception and stairs
breakfast was in a small romm adjacent to ours with a tiled floor and canteen style table and chairs and a 42" tv switched on
most mornings 15 people were jockying for position to an area which could only serve 3 self service
bread, cheese, cornflakes and musili, tea and coffee were all that was available, oh one morning boiled eggs appeared

"The breakfast was quite edible"
Pros: The breakfast was quite edible. there is one very friendly lady from kenia at the reception, rest of the staff just average. excellent location for people visiting the olympia hall.
Cons: We´ve booked 1 double and 1 single room. in the single room the radiator didn´t work. although we´ve informed the reception about it, nothing was done when we came back at night. they didn´t even supply electric heaters, only thing we´ve got was a lousy fleece blanket.they agreed to change the romm the 2nd day. the double room we´ve first got had a bath ventilation loud as a jumbo jet. they changed the room immediately, which this time had no bath ventilation. it´s not much of a problem when the rooms are size xs, but they are in very poor condition and sure need some refurbishing.
