The private ensuite room was great. room and bathroom very small but perfectly adequate. hot water the whole time and good heating. continental breakfast was simple but fine. the location was the best thing about it, and we were surprised how nice the area was considering how much we paid. The rooms were smaller and in a poorer condition than expected. it was sometimes difficult to sleep at night, because of the trains passing by outside.Anonymous

Good location and fair price - especially when you book with some special "web discount".Little filthy, especially carpet and shower, but for this price, in centre of london is ok. enough to stay only to sleep - for tourists.Pogany

It was ok for that money. the staff was kind the breakfast was enough. the location was perfect, just in the middle.The room was too little. our window had a view to the main train entrance to the victoria station. so we had trains in the morning in every minute, about 25 meters from us. that was not that good... :-(Anonymous

Just location..there aro no more pluses..We didn´t stay at holly house because probably it´s a complex of small hotels on one street..but i assume rooms were same at all hotels..the biggest minus was very dirty room..the carpet was disgusting and the vailing was too..and the bead spread(blanket) wasn´t washing up long time..
and someone was trying to open our suitcase because we have remembered a combination on our suitcase before we left the room..probably it was someone from hotel stuff, so be carefull if you´ll decide to choice the holly house!that´s all:) but despite o all we were stay just for sleeping, so it doesn´t matter..the trip was awesome:)Anonymous

Excellent location, decent breakfastSmallest room we couldve imagined - no room on the floor to open our suitcase so we had to put them on the bed. no hot water in the shower plus an extremely tiny bathroom. checked out early as we couldnt stand it.Anonymous

the location of the hotel is very good, near to victoria station. the staff were very polite with us.the breakfast was not very rich but enough.The room was very small and the bed was very inconvinient.Anonymous

Good position for great moneyI booked holly house london, but finally we stayed in alexander hotel noone asked us if we do not mind this change... anyway i would rather stay in place i made a reservation for.Keijman
