 "Standard"
Rooms looked nice but there was a dip in the bed where my partner slept from the previous residents which caused him not to sleep well. The towels were later out looking pretty on the bed on entrance. Loved the shower! Woke up to noisy road works at 8am therefore couldn't go back to sleep, wasn't happy about that. Think it's too pricey for what you get but it's central London so can't argue

We have 3 very good days in Londen! The hotel was very good en the service was friendly! We slept good because it was quit in the area of the hotel!We were very surprised abouth the londen people : real gentlemen (and women of course!)We will come back in this city that have stolen my heart!

 "I loved the hotel"
This is my 3rd stay at this hotel .... it is a nice hotel very friendly staff and very good location and very clean, breakfast is basic but it serves the purpose and they serve smoked salmon for breakfast whick is a plus for me. I defintely recommend it and looking forward to my 4th stay there.

Good location, not bad hotal quality for good price! Very good hotel for everyone, who go to London for shopping. CLose to all connections to subways and busses.Very small and slow lift, but it is OK, can survive... :)

Would not recommend . Completely over priced. Breakfast was too busy and I couldn't even get a seat. No hot drinks were offered.

 "Short stay"
The hotel was easy to find and located very well for the short break we where on. We left our luggage in a locked storageroom and where off All day sightseeing. Rooms are small, but nice. A few things needed mending, but it was othetwise good for a short stay. Breakfast was not impressive, but covered the basic needs with Breda, youghurt and fruit. Breakfastroom was quite small and could not fit All guests.

The first view of the room is very nice. But the second is horribal. The shower is falling appart, and all broken. If u stay there watch that u dont get room Nr. B01.And we think they dont have proply cleaning ppl to clean the appartmens. allready when we were there were hairs from strangers in the bath.The location is perfect.

Okey budget hotell. Super location, near subway. But the rooms does not look like the pictures, mutch more run down. Breakfast small but ok. I hate the carpets in the rooms, urghh.. But I would recommend this hotell because of the location and clean beds.

Pros: Well maintaned room with minimal and clean cut room decoration. spacious and clean bathroom (maybe the smell of bleach was too much). nice view from the 4th floor, not noisy at all and rather close to oxford str market.

Cons: i had to pay the total amount of my stay when checking in.

Pros: Good situation / close to underground, coffee maker was useful in a room, breakfast was good (though service was a bit slow on peak time), the bed was really good. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The view was quite awful, we saw nothing else than the wall of another building.

Cons: Hotel room itsself was a let down compared to the pictures advertised. they looked great but room tired and very dark, was in the basement with one window and that was frosted so very dark!

Pros: When we got there, one of the rooms i had booked had a leak so the single room was upgraded to a double and the two double rooms were upgraded to studios. great for a hen night crash pad.
Cons: Not a lot of space in the breakfast room. there was a small queue for seats when we went down at 9:30am (as breakfast finished at 10am)

Pros: Man on reception friendly.
Cons: Rest of staff not friendly, delux double room disappointing. shower not good. bed moved around from headboard and across floor, when we moved! misleading as to location. misleading prices... made to look like a bargain, as had big prices crossed out and "reduced" prices put in. not worth the "reduced rate!" overall...expensive, unfriendly etc. don't do it!
