When I checked into the hotel there was no mention of the Air Conditioning not working. After waking up completely soaked in sweat I called the front desk who stated that the AC had been broken for two days. The front desk sent a fan to the room and apologized. In a smaller less expensive hotel this would have been acceptable. When the room costs more than $1,600 USD foor three days this is totally unacceptable. I transferred to another hotel immediately following the Olympic event. I plan to notify Crowne Plaza corporate offices at my dissatisfaction.

Pros: Excellent location for excel and docklands light railway
Cons: Breakfast too expensive , i chose to go to the spar shop instead next to the hotel . i think parking should be free for hotel residents
