Cons: Staff was rather uninterested in us or our requests and wanted to help us only reluctantly. the fan in the bathroom must be one of the loudest fans i have ever heard - we all breathed a sigh of relief when it turned itself off. the bathroom was otherwise easily the worst part of our experience - small (two persons can barely fit in it), damp, and looking more like a portable military style bathroom. humidity in the room was evident. the included breakfast was a laugh - there was one type of bread, cheese (or, rather, a rubbery substitute of cheese), butter and coffee. that's it. and to add insult to injury - breakfast closed at 9 on sundays (which we were by the way not informed of). all in all: stay away, this is not worth your money or your time!

Cons: The rooms were very small with no place to put luggage or clothes. the beds were terribly uncomfortable. we changed rooms three times trying to find beds without springs coming through. two of the rooms had cots rather than beds and i finally ended up sleeping on top of the bed so the bedspread would protect me from the springs. the tv only worked properly in one of the three rooms we stayed in. we couldn't adjust the heat and i had to sleep with the window open because the bed was next to a register which kept me too hot through the night.
Cons: When we got there, they gave us a room that hadn´t been cleaned. we asked for a new one and got it. the room was really small and at night you could hear the people from the top floor walking on the roof. it´s ok if you just want to stay there for a day or two but wouldn´t recommend it for a long stay.
Cons: When i first entered the room, the beds were not fixed yet, but they made it up soonest. the tv remote had no batteries. these are very minor issues though.

From this station the Circle, District and Victoria lines connect to the wider city, providing access to all the famous attractions of London, such as Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, Trafalgar Square and the West End. The Gatwick express runs to London Victoria Station. On the Circle and District Lines, Victoria connects to South Kensington, from where the Piccadilly Line runs west to Heathrow.
