Free internet in lobby, staff helpful
Value for money at the discounted rates but it wouldn't be at the normal rates quoted which were ridiculously expensive. our rooms were downstairs with steep and awkward stairs and lift being renovated.

Great location.
unfortunately the hotel lift was out of service. the room was extremely small, hard to fit two adults and luggage in the room .

The room is to small. there is no space between the bed and furniture. we both really don`t want to go to the hotel, because the rooms are to small, and the bed has a really bad quality. i think it is very important to write how small it is.

The hotels i close to nice restaurants , bakers , mini markets and fast food and also is 3 minutes from bus and metro station
They didn't accept electron visa and the didn't mention it anywhere. the room was too noisy by the morning with no soundproof walls in room you can hear the clearness in the next 2 rooms. and finally the room is too small the distance of the bed from the wall, from both sides, is no more than a meter

Nice location, calm rooms
There have been booked and confirmed 2 double rooms, but the hotel has reserved only one room, offered after half an hour a second one in the cellar. after another half hour we could manage a second room in the neighbour hotel of the same hotel chain. both rooms were rather small, rather astonishing for a 4 stars hotel. at hyde park paddington the lift still did´nt work (according to a guest´s remark in the internet it didn´t work already in april 09).

The location is good. it is in a quiet location with easy access to all transport.
The internet access was not working, and pictures are not representative of the actual, as the room i had was not much bigger than the double bed, and needed to climb over the bed to move from one side of the room to the other.

The standard of the room was really very good. although smaller than i had imagined, it was very clean and extremely comfortable.
Just a couple of negatives. there were workmen in and out as they were undergoing some updating at the hotel and the breakfast was poor value for money

Room was a very good size, excellent location for central london and although shower in room didnt work, we were moved to a bigger and better room and offered free breakfast for our whole stay
Room was very hot and even though we requested a fan, we never received one, key had to be reset every night when returning to room, very annoying when you're on the 4th floor with no elevator

Wonderful room, very quiet, looked on on a quiet courtyard. not raucous guests. small but modern bathroom. very posh
The tea, biscuit, coffee selection was meagre and was not replenished the second day. two teabags per day was not enough and only one packet of biscuits

The hotel was closed because of a problem. i was not informed of this by email. the problem existed before my booking! i was sent to a sister hotel and they tried to fob me off with a really poor room. i complained and was upgraded to a suitable room.

Nice and clean rooms.
Not too kind staff. not able to serve me with a taxi shuttle to air port, this was known the eve before we left. there were road works outside the hotel - quite disturbing. the room we got was extremely hot- like a sauna - and they denied to give me a new room before i startet to argue. not a nice start.
