The location was great. the kitchenette was useful and had everything you needed.The reception staff were off-hand and were not really helpful. it seemed like you were a bother to them. the room was too hot and there appeared to be no way to control the heating. i was promised to have towels changed on the 3rd day but after 5 days had to ask to have them changed.Anonymous

Great location near hyde park en underground.Loud neighbours. i booked 2 triple rooms, both too small for three, one with a sleeping couch very uncomfortable, the other with an extra bed, leaving no space to move in the room. both rooms had small double beds. just one set of towels bedlinnen for four days! definitely will not come back.Pearson

Location and room prices are impossible to beat.We had a basement studio with a light shaft to the ground floor. through that shaft we were confronted with almost unbearable noise from the studio above, namely voices from tenants and from their tv all day and all night. we think that studio no. 4 in house no. 32 should not be rented out at all. also, our studio was not cleaned at all during our 4 day stay. petrova

Perfect location convenient for public transport.The staff were very rude not very welcoming at all.on our arrival appeared cold and not interested in us and more interested in talking amongst themselves.on departure didnt even acknowledge us when handing the keys back let alone a thank you. very disappointed!Anonymous

Our room was a newly renovated, well decorated flat, perfect for our needs. it does not appear all flats have been renovated, once that work is completed i believe all customers would leave with the same excellent opinion we did.Although the entire hotel is advertised non smoking we did experience smoke in the air from a nearby flat when our window open. They are an ideal location for sightseeing, very close to bayswater,and queensway tube station.good shopping street on your doorstep.quiet area.wouldnt think you were in central london.which was excellent/Hyde park suites really really need to pay attention to their cleaning standards in the rooms.silly things like stained carpets ,shabby paint, cupboards in kitchen filthy inside.which is a shame as the apartments are very well equipped. check in area, is terrible, not welcoming at all,like a room out of the 40s. which automatically puts you on your guard.so much so, i asked to inspect the room we were staying in , before paying my balance.only encourages negative feed back.however this did not destroy our stay,as we were on a short break,and only there at night.and to tired to inspect and complain.but they really do not to get their act together.Ng

Room very modern and clean, service staff were polite and helpfulSigning for my key was the most 'weird', firstly i was told my room was not ready at 12pm and to come back at 2pm. however when i came back at 1:30pm several persons were assigned a room and i inquired whay is this so and got the same respne, then immediately after a new cusomter came in and by this time i was aout to use some choice language, however i looked at another represetative and he said no problem please sign here. i can only say it felt like the twilight zone, the other person was a woman who was all smiles and most wickedly unhelpful. i'm dumbfounded. no elevator so for the higher floors i do not think it is recommended for elderly persons, i'm still out of breath a week later
