I stayed for 3 nights and really could not fault the Hotel and Staff, who were so helpful and cheerful. The room was basic but very clean, the bed hard but comfortable, the pillows were awful, hard and lumpy! I did not have breakfast as had to leave early in the morning but I ate at the Hotel every evening and it was cheap and ok. For a solo traveller the location of the DLR line was over the road and through an underpass which was a bit spooky returning late at night.

Pros: Stayed at this hotel in december 2011 and found it to be very clean comfortable & well equipped. the staff were very attentive and the breakfast was of a good standard also.
overall this was a very pleasant experience and much better than expected, especially for a budged class hotel - full marks.
