Room was available on arrival at 12 midday, friendly, helpful staff.
The breakfast buffet could be improved on, long queues to access the buffet selection, tables not cleared quickly.

The staff were very helpful and polite and the location is great.theh bathroom looked as if newly fitted, it was great with two sinks!
The hotel is really dated and lots of things need changing!they really need to get rid of the key ring that the key comes on, it's like a long metal stick, very strange and danergerous! the breakfast isn't wonderful, it looks very unattractive because of how it is displayed. they need to get some fresh fruit - instead of what looked like tinned fruit and update the cereal dispenser!not bad though since it's very difficult to get a good breakfast in this part of london i was happy to eat it.

The rooms were enormous and newly refurbished. large bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks. bedroom had big windows, two comfy twin beds, flat screen t.v, tea and coffee facilities and sofa. lovely wine bar in the hotel with very reasonable prices (£24 for a bottle of champagne - room service!) and a lovely terrace. staff friendly and helpful. overall... i can't wait to go back!
The outside is very tired and dated, not the best first impression.
