Cons: When we arrived they did'n found in their computer my booking.
the staff tryed to change my bill from 426 pounds to 436.
Cons: Tube was shut when we stayed there because of the chelsea parade, ordered a taxi from reception and we were told 20 mins. 1 hour later still no taxi so we flagged one down off the road. we spent an extra 2 hours stuck at the hotel. also it is in a bit of a bad location, there is absolutely nothing around it, no shops, pubs or bars. i wouldnt stay there again purely based on the bad location.
Cons: Wireless internet expensive, room and corridor temperature too high!
