Hotel was clean and in a very convenient location.Reception staff need to be trained in good customer service.
on the morning of departure 09 july 09 one staff memeber in particular did not act in a professional manner and was very cheeky with not only us but other guests who were arriving having been transferred from a sister hotel. i would not use this hotel again.27 May 09
