Kensington Court Hotel London    

Pros: The trip was a little disappointing to be honest. the hotel was ok and they kindly allowed us to store our bags as we arrived quite early and wanted to make the most of the day without carrying bulky luggage around. the room was ideal for the three of us and was plenty big enough.
Cons: I am in the process of progressing through their complaints procedure. on the day of arrival, the hotel took a pre-authorised payment of £225 from my account and rather than then authorising this payment when i checked in, they took another £225 from my account. i was left in london without any money to speak of. it is now the 4th january and as of yet, this amount has still not been credited to my account. i am absolutely disgusted with this process and feel extremely let down.

Pros: Everywhere clean, staff friendly, modern furnishings/bathrooms, close to earls court underground and cafe's/food shops.
Cons: They charged me twice for the hotel room and have yet to pay me back!!

Pros: Nice neighborhood near tube. clean, free use of computer in lobby, good breakfast, friendly & helpful staff.

Pros: This hotel was bare bone basic, may as well stay at a stated discount flag as you get an uncomfortable bed, no ventilation or ac, a small tv and weak wi fi connectivity. no frills but expensive for what you get.

Pros: Easy and safe car-parking
Cons: Reception staff was cooperative, but not really warm/welcoming

Pros: The staff were all very helpful and friendly. we were able to have a late checkout and store our luggage as our flight was not until late at night. although not new, the hotel was clean and the room was a good size. location was very close to restaurants and the underground which made getting around very easy. we would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget and we would stay again.
Cons: We were unable to connect to the internet in our room so we had to use the lobby computer. the lift was very old but worked.

Pros: Good location a few minutes walk to earl's court underground station. from there i can go directly to heathrow terminal 4 by picadilly line
Cons: Very small lift.

Pros: Hotel was clean and in a very convenient location.
Cons: Reception staff need to be trained in good customer service.
on the morning of departure 09 july 09 one staff memeber in particular did not act in a professional manner and was very cheeky with not only us but other guests who were arriving having been transferred from a sister hotel. i would not use this hotel again.

Pros: Very friendly staff. extremely helpful and co-operative.
