The staff was helpful in resolving any problems that arose. the hotel was within one minute walking of the earl's court metro stop, which made sightseeing very easy. also, the taxi they got for us to go to the airport was unbelievably fast, which relieved some of my nervousness about flying early in the morning.

The bad thing is that there were so many problems, from the minute we checked in. when we arrived, we checked in, walked up to our room, and discovered that they had given us a single, instead of the double that i had just paid for. we went back down to the desk, and they told us that they were out of double rooms, but they would put us in a room across the street for one night. no problem, except that we would have to go to our room there, check out in the morning, and get our room in the hotel we were supposed to be in, which cut a little into our time in london. and actually, if i had known, i would have just gotten a room at this hotel, the best western across the street. the rooms are much nicer, i think owned or designed by the same people, and they are in the same location. the only difference, i think, was that they were slightly more expensive, but i would have gladly paid to avoid the hassle we went through. the tv gave us trouble, which normally wouldn't matter that much to me, but since we were paying so much, i felt that we shouldn't have to deal with stuff like that. all in all, i think this hotel was not horrible, but definitely not worth the money i paid for it. go with the best western across the street.
