The web company had not sent on the details of our stay so all of the double rooms were booked out meaning that me and my partner had to say in seperate single rooms. the complimentary breakfast didnt seem substantial compensation.

Good location and value.
This hotel "borrow" a room from the other hotel near by that located at the basement. the room is very small but very acceptable price. you get all items that shown on your order but in a very small space.

Clean, organised, all a traveller's basic needs catered for.
When contacted, the hotel had no details of booking, and there was a somewhat confused, and lengthy phone call to sort it out, not helped by poor english of staff.

The staff was helpful in resolving any problems that arose. the hotel was within one minute walking of the earl's court metro stop, which made sightseeing very easy. also, the taxi they got for us to go to the airport was unbelievably fast, which relieved some of my nervousness about flying early in the morning.
The bad thing is that there were so many problems, from the minute we checked in. when we arrived, we checked in, walked up to our room, and discovered that they had given us a single, instead of the double that i had just paid for. we went back down to the desk, and they told us that they were out of double rooms, but they would put us in a room across the street for one night. no problem, except that we would have to go to our room there, check out in the morning, and get our room in the hotel we were supposed to be in, which cut a little into our time in london. and actually, if i had known, i would have just gotten a room at this hotel, the best western across the street. the rooms are much nicer, i think owned or designed by the same people, and they are in the same location. the only difference, i think, was that they were slightly more expensive, but i would have gladly paid to avoid the hassle we went through. the tv gave us trouble, which normally wouldn't matter that much to me, but since we were paying so much, i felt that we shouldn't have to deal with stuff like that. all in all, i think this hotel was not horrible, but definitely not worth the money i paid for it. go with the best western across the street.

Clean and well appointed bathroom.
Claimed i had only booked one room. tried to manoeuvre me into sharing a twin room with my female colleague at the same price as two single rooms. then put me in the smallest room ever which felt like it was on the railway platform. my colleague was given a basement room with no natural light and in a similar location virtually on the tube platform.

It was a nice hotel and they were kind enough to move me when the tube noises were too loud
The room is very small and the tube can be very noisy.

Brilliaaaaaaaaaaant, i have not thought that it could be like this.
I stayed two nights, during the first one: one member of the staff she was not polite enough but it was fine. but on the second night, everyone was more than nice.

The first night we were given a room right above the kitchen, we were woken up by the extractor fan and the kitchen noise from 6am. we askd for a room changed then we were offered the room on the next level but same location, so we still heard alot of noise at six but worse the radiator was noisy too!
