 "What a disappoinment"
Having read previous reviews + the fact just around the corner from Olympia where I needed to be I was really looking forward to my stay. First disappointment was when I was told there was no breakfast available beside the fact it had been advertised with this facility (I would not have booked otherwise) there was a big green illuminated sign outside stating bed and breakfast. The rooms were minute you had to open the door from the en-suite to enable you to get dry and if my husband was in the room he had to stay on the bed whilst I got dressed as room so small. In it's favour the rooms and linen were clean and staff did provide an extra quilt when we said we were cold. For the price very disappointing.

 "3 brothers trip. on Olympics"
We went from spain, 2 sisters and 1 brother to expend 4 days and 3 nights. This hotel is in perfect zone near the south kensington line. For this price in any part of spain is too much, but was one of the cheapest that we find in london for the olympics inaugurations. The room is small, we had 3 individuals beds and had only a few of cm between one and other bed, but we sleep very comfortable. The breakfast we didn't, take it because was a artificial juice with a chocolate or something like that!!.I think if I have to come back to london probably I stay again here, because the relationship comfortable-price an ubication is really fine.

 "Average, but worth the money!"
We had a bit of trouble finding to hotel, since the information we had recived said to get of the underground at High Street Kensington, which was quite far away to walk. Much easier and closer is to use the West Kensington-station, it's about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Anyway, once we arrived we had a first look at our double-room. It was small, but had a bathroom & bed, which was all that we needed.. Big + for the TV which had a lot of channels, and a very good picture, and the free WiFi (for which you had to pick up a password at the front desk)! The bathroom was quite small, but had a shower, a sink & a toilet so it was alright; however, there could have been at least one more hook for towels etc, since there was only one, and both out towels didn't fit. There was also a small "desk" and a closet to put your things in, which was great. However, there was only ONE electrical outlet in the whole room, and it didn't work properly, since there was some sort of glitch in it..What also good a BIIIIG plus is the supermarket just down the street that had a were good selecting of things, at great prices, and the hot beverages that you could get for free a the hotel, anytime of the day (or night..). I recommend, however, that instead of buying their "Premium Breakfast Pack" for £3-4, you do as we did and buy your own fresh at the supermarket (Sainsbury's) everyday, because it's cheaper AND better!Soo, finally, to sum it up, if you're looking for an average budget hotel to stay at, that's close to Cental London, then I would absolutly recommend the Olympia Roooms!

"Staff were great, good location and clean room"
Pros: Staff were great, good location and clean room
Cons: The street noise was horrendous and the blind on the window did not block out any sun so i was awake at 5 am, no air con either so it was a bit stuffy

 "Reasonably priced"
Pros: Reasonably priced.
Cons: On arrival we were asked for passports, as we are english a lack of research by the hotel staff was evident. we also booked a quad room & the size of the room would have been a tight squeeze for a double, bathroom was also crampt.

Pros: Room was clean, fresh and comfortable. price reasonable, and free coffee was nice!
Cons: Room very small (not a problem for us) and we had a look at the breakfast - would advise against (packaged muffin and juice)
