I arrived at hotel in the evening and they did not have my booking. despite forwarding my easy booking confirmation they took no action and siad it was my problem or easy books problem. when i called easy book you spoke directly with the management and they offered a solution in a sister hotel. the sister hotel was acceptable but not in location or of the standard that i expected. i felt cheated as i had specifically booked a hotel and a location. i felt that i received at least a star quality lower than paid for. my partner joined me for the weekend as she wanted the experience of walking to and from harrods and other knightsbridge and hyde park facilities.
