Pros: Good location, near underground station with shops and restaurants...room is acceptable for one to two nigths, friendly staff, continental breakfast is fine, it was nice having complimentary fruits in the room

all staff we met were very obliging.
parking was available in front of the hotel, and staff are willing to move vehicles to make room.

Pros: We had a room on 2nd floor on the courtyard side, very quiet (though if there is a game it must be noisy as it is just in front on chelsea stadium). room size was ok as well as bathroom size;
though a bit far of city centre (1 hour by walk) chelsea is a nice area, and hotel just in front of bus stop, line 14 works 24h to picadilly so you can party and come back easily. breakfast was also ok

Cons: Never got what i actually ordered for breakfast. room was rather shabby, we could hear people upstairs (every footstep). sure we could have done better elsewhere for the same money.
