Pros: Location.
Cons: None of the staff are english. the people in reception are cold and have no personality. room 108 that we stayed in is a bit on the small size.

Pros: Hotel was conveniently located, nice part of the town, accessible, was nice and clean, rooms were small but satisfactory. i appreciated equipment of the rooms with computer. i also enjoyed the fact that the breakfast was served in rooms, however this information should be in my opinion stated on the internet pages (esp. unavailability of the breakfast place).
Cons: The only con was the extreme softness of the beds (which i guess is typical for england)

Pros: The facilities were comfortable and clean. the staff were helpful and polite.
Cons: I had asked for a triple person suite, but was allocated a room with only 2 beds.

Pros: Beds were comfortable, shower was great, breakfast brought to the rooms was convenient, problems were handled swiftly, complimentary laptop was very helpful, no road noise, convenient to the underground, restaurants, etc., staff was helpful in getting tickets, answering questions, etc.
Cons: Fire alarms went off in building a few times--had just opened new building of rooms two weeks ago so much tweaking going on--problems with phone working, cab they ordered to take us to the expert caused substantially more than what we had been told it would cost

Pros: We hd an excellent stay at la suite hotel. the room was compact but efficiently designed and planned. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was great. many nice "extra" touches like inexpensive phone calls and room delivered breakfast.
