Location, location, location... the bathroom was newly refurbished too, and it worked very well (hot water, etc).
The clerk that welcomed me wasn't nice at all. in the remaining days i stayed there, everybody else at the hotel staff was so nice and willing to help, except for that prick whom i nicknamed "grumpy, the angry receptionist". there are so many similar b&bs around the corner there, you don't have to put up with rude staff. i hope he loses his job soon, so that this small b&b could get better reviews in the future!

Ok room, quite clean, good location.
Too crowded in breakfast room, poor breakfast selection, quite a lot of noise in room, showers suddenly turning cold/loosing water.

What is good is the free wifi connection accessible from the room. other hotels are charging internet connection for a fee. location is superb i.e. near to tube and many eatery outlets are nearby.
The room maintenance services need to be improvement. during my stay, i encountered the following : - room key can not be used due to weak door batery. the hotel staff needs to open the doors each time we entered the room - the bath room water drainage was clogged. areas which may not be competitive with other hotel nearby : - the hotel is charging luggage keeping for a fee i.e. 5 pound for one luggage - breakfast was simple i.e. cereal, egg, bread, tea and coffee.

The hotel is in an excellent location near paddington station and hyde park.
Room did not have facilities stated , was very small no rooms have fridge, microwave, air conditioning as stated.always pay in cash as they charge 4% on all cards including debit cards.you can leave your luggage on day of departure but they charge £5.oo per bag.pocket the money and leave it in an insecure place.

Difficult to find something positive to say - location good near two tube stations
1st room given was not clean and very shabby - the window did not close and the furnishings were not as described or shown on website. very disappointing. only after some 'pushing' with reception were we given a slightly better room. does not live up to its website description.

The staff was friendly and trying their best to make customers feeling at ease
Had booked 5 nights, but changed hotel after 3 nights. the rooms were too small, most of them down in the cellar. a double bed measure only 120 cm and is much too hard for getting a good sleep.we ended up in a room for 4 persons measuring about 9 squeremeters having two beds of 120 cm and no fridge...we can not recommend this hotel to anybody!!!!!!!

Hotel location very close to underground, buses, and paddington train station. breakfast was basic but satisfying. there were no telephones in the rooms, however, the desk attendant let us use the desk phone to order pizza, then came to our room to let us know when it was delivered.
The website stated the hotel had air conditioning. when i asked the desk attendant about getting a room with a/c, i was told they only have one room and seemed confused about what the website stated. the hotel is narrow with rooms extending from the lower level to fourth floor. no lift, stairways are narrow, and rooms are very small. we selected a room in the lower level because it was cooler, however, stairway and hallway were poorly lit. the beds were old and lumpy, walls were dirty, and the room lacked maintenance, i.e. mirror was poorly attached to wall. the bathroom had been remodeled, however, was quite small and presented a new experience for us because the shower, sink, and toilet were all contained in the same room with a floor drain; no shower stall or curtain. upon check in were were asked to pay in advance for our stay and an extra 4% was charged for using a credit card. we made the best of our five night stay and agreed we probably got what we paid for, however, i would not book with this hotel again.

The bathroom were excellent even if they were small. the breakfast was good and the staff was polite in all ways.
The first room (no 13) we had was not a good room, but the next day we were moved over to room no 20, which was far better in all ways. the sandwich spread could have been some better.

Nothing positiev about this palce apart from iots location to paddington tube station.
The rooms shown in the picture on the site didn't even resemble the pit i had to stay in. small dingy hot smelly absoluteley nothing to resemble the picture on their web site or yours. spolit my night in town that i had to sleep in this awful uncomfortable pit of a hotel. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel charges a 4% surcharge for using debit/credit card.this is not something which was mentioned anywhere in my reservation e-mail.further the information on your website was misinforming as there was no air conditioner at all.
