Excellent value. i'll stay there again. staff very friendly and helpful. room was small but adequate and clean. generous continental breakfast served in a bright and cheery dining room. location couldn't be better. early check-in as requested.

Had to change booking details at last moment, but staff so helpful, even upgraded us to a wonderful suite at no extra cost! had a wonderful break away.Could do with upgrading hot water system.Anonymous

The staff was very friendly and helpful. even though the room was old, it was kept clean. the location was great too. i will definitely stay there again when i travel by myself. The hotel was a bit old, but it did not bother me. i even thought it was little charming. stephenson

Lovely hotel in excellant spot for easy access to everything you want to see in london.we particularly found the staff very nice and very helpful.You could help yourselves with a better web site more pictures etc.we nearly cancelled because i was unsure of the hotel because there were insufficient pics etcbryant

Good location.friendly staff.easy accsess to both notting hill and sentral london. both tube and bus.stop outside hotel.No accsess to coffe or tea at room,or even in lobby.only accsess was through room-service.Anonymous
