Very nice hotel in a great location. close to tube station and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. clean room and it was nice to find a hotel that would allow 5 people in one room. coffee in room is nice, hairdryer too. the manager of the hotel was very nice and extremely attentive.
While the room and bathroom were very clean the bathroom was tiny - difficult even to brush your teeth. breakfast was good but a bit sparse - a little breakfast meat or yogurt would have been nice. otherwise great!

Excellent location. good breakfast, though dining area was small. you need to go down in good time!
No secure place to leave luggage if you arrive early. however, we did leave ours in the entryway for a couple of hours and it was not a problem.

Close to everything in london; delightful ambiance, helpful office staff and great hospitality.
Breakfast is limited and could be improved with little additional if any cost. staff smoking outside of the breakfast area on the steps do not give a good impression and the smoke drifts into the breakfast area which is less than acceptable for non smokers particularly when its the first thing that confronts you at breakfast.

With the price we paid for i think the hotel is value for money. the location is excellent as it's so near to the earls court underground station and there are also quite a number of restaurants and shops nearby therefore very convenient to tourists. though the room is consider small for 3 person, i will say with the price and the room facilities i think it's worth to what have paid for. the staff are very friendly and the buffet style continental breakfast is good too.
The triple room we stayed in is on the top floor which we still have to climb staircase after we took the elevator. it's quite inconvenient if you are carrying a heavy and bulky luggage. besides, the room is very near to the underground station with the trains operated through out the whole mid night. this is quite disturbing too. but i think if you are staying in the different rooms you might not faced this problem.
