 "Amazing Value!"
Super happy with my stay. Why pay for a tiny hotel room when you can spread out with a living area and full kitchen as well for about the same price? I stayed in a studio apartment, and was given the balcony I requested. Plenty of room! I had read many reviews before going about noise from the Underground, and while I could hear it, I didn't find it bothersome at all. I was on the 2nd floor (third up from ground) and it never disturbed me. The apartment was very clean, with the exception of the floor. The floors are wood laminate, and I suspected that they weren't mopped between the last tenant's check-out and my check-in. If you stay here, be sure to give a good look at the instructions in the closet and under the sink. You CAN control the heat in the apartment - you just have to take the time to read the instructions. Likewise, the washer/dryer combo in the kitchen is tricky, but there are manuals under the kitchen sink that explain everything. As for location, I couldn't have done better. It's literally a 1-min walk to the Mansion House station, and maybe 5-min to both Bank and Cannon. I was working in the Blackfriars area and actually walked most days in under 10 minutes. Sunday evenings are quiet in the area and finding restaurants and shops open at that time was tricky, but other than that, there were plenty of eateries open and both a Tesco Express and a Marks & Spencer close by. Will definitely choose this place again next time I travel to London!

 "As long as you don't want to sleep stay here"
I was surprised that there was availability last minute in an apartment block so well situated for the City. I now know why: the whole building shakes every time the circle line tube trains go east and west through Mansion House Station. The rooms are great, clean and spacious but don't expect to get a good night's sleep or a warm shower!

 "They still keep my money on their account"
We stayed there only for one night, even though we paid for two. We had to change the room as we booked a suite and they gave us a regular room. Also, upon arrival, your are obliged to pay £200 for nothing, as they needed to "reserve" that money in case of any damage made in the room. It's been almost a month and I am still not able to use that money, which is unacceptable.

Pros: Prompt response to housekeeping issues.
Cons: Inner courtyard-facing apartment means we wake up every morning at 8:30 am to the loud sounds of the staff cleaning/chatting/hanging about outside---that's one very echo-ey courtyard.
