Visited ideal home exhibition in earls court so location couldn't have been any better. The room was well presented but the floor was very noisy to walk on and we had the boiler in our room which was noisy when the hot water was being used by guests. Could also hear underground trains running throughout our stay.

There is nothing to complain about with this hotel. The room was small and quite plain, nothing you would say about: wow this is great! but everything was ok. The people were friendly, the service good, the continental breakfast was good too. It is close to Earls Court Station, but you could hear very little of the trains.

Pros: This was a beautiful hotel, conveniently located, close to the earls court tube station. the beds were comfortable, the rooms furnished with high quality material like granite countertops, marble bath, and laminate flooring. continental breakfast was good and plentyful, all staff was friendly. we would definitely stay at this hotel again another time. on top we got a very good price by booking through this web site. thanks for making our stay memorable.

Pros: Chambre 18 été grande, bien situer, aucun bruit, reposant... hôtel bien situer, dans quartier avec les resto, bar supermarché, métro et bus direction direct au centre. puis sur les gares pour eurostar sans changement!!!!!!!

Pros: Excellent location, close to underground. also close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired and there were no fans to circulate air. staff was not friendly. thought that the cost was reasonable when we reserved, not so much after we stayed and experienced the hotel.

Cons: I was extremely disappointed with the studio apartment that i booked to the point of having to insist on a refund as i could not stay in the apartment. the room allocated to me was in the basement and was so noisy there was no hope of sleeping being on a main road and with a tube station right next door. this problem was the last straw after twice complaining about the cleanliess of the room to no avail. the shower was mouldy, the toilet filthy with the whole apartment smeeling like a public lavatory. the blinds in the bedroom which faced towards the street were broken so there was no privacy. the oven hadn't been cleaned and the cupboard door in the kitchen nearly fell on my head when opened as the hinge was broken. when i asked them to rectify the cleanilness all they did was put in an air freshener and nothing further. upon asking for a refund so that i could move elsewhere the manager was insulting to myself and family and insisted that we come back at 7.00am in the morning for the refund which meant we had to get up at 5.00am to return to pick up the money. the staff also requested that the full week's accomodation be paid up front before showing me the apartment which i found very odd - this made sense after finally seeing the apartment which was quite a way away from the hotel itself. i would not recommend anyone to stay at the mayflower - it was a very upsetting start to my time in london.

Pros: Excellent location. clean and recently refurbished to a modern standard. room small, tiny bathroom - could just about manage to sit on the toilet squashed in between shower and sink!
Cons: Despite the fact i was informed by phone and on arrival at the hotel that they served a hot breakfast the breakfast staff did all they could to deter anyone ordering one - they hid the hot breakfast menues and it took all week to eventually get one. the management did not, however, charge us for this and apologised for all the inconvenience we had gone to and thanked us to drawing their attention to the problem1

Cons: The room is quite small. free breakfast is served with only a few kinds of bread and cereal. in my opinion, it is in appropriate for a three-star hotel as they claimed. thus, unlimited eggs, bacon, and sausages should also be provided with free of charge because they are very cheap. moreover, they shall not make the hotel to get a significant fall in their profits.

Pros: Free wi-fi, good location, clean room and great price. once you enter the reception you will have another impression of this hotel. would love to pay a bit more for their upgrade room.
Cons: The room was a bit tiny, but with the price we paid we can't complain. can we have some better coffee for the breakfast pls? need some new photos on those booking web.

Pros: I arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time, the staff were very helpful. the hotel room was very small but that did not matter as it was clean and cosy. i would stay at the mayflower hotel again as it is convenient for most locations and there are many eating houses near by. my experience was a good one, breakfast was continental with a wide choice of food.

asked for a bottle of house wine and was only charged £6 and was drinkable. hotel staff very polite and helpful,did not have breakfast as preferred the lie in as walked miles to get to wembley the previous day.
