Superb staff who would help in any way they could. great location. right next to tube and everything you need. free internet on proper lcd screen. really good experience all round.
Only part was the room we had was on the 5th floor and only window was above eye level, and am nosey so was a little bit of a downer. however with a chair and couple of pillows my curiosity was sorted. smallish bar, but great hotel with super staff!! thanks!!Kelly

The location is super convenient, being about as close as a hotel could possibly be to london king's cross. the deluxe double room was very very spacious. Mc Donagh

This hotel must be one of the best locations in london to travel around the city as the entrance to the train station is just outside the door. the room we stayed in was well laid out, very spacious, comfortable and clean.The only negative experience was the bathroom doors which are see through and not suitable for a family with teenagersAnonymous

Staff were excellent and the location of the hotel is good as it is right beside kings cross station.the room was kept very clean and was spacious even with the three of us.Road noise from outside but then again you have to expect this in a big city.Anonymous

Room size was excellent and facilities were impressive, free internet via widescreen tv and expresso machine were a surprise. i also had a multi jet shower and an non fogging mirror a particularly useful extra. overall i was very impressed and would stay there again.The hotel is well located but alack of visible road fronatge is off putting for passing trade. had i not pre booked i would probably have tried a larger fronted alternative and missed out!Anonymous

Staff were very helpful and friendly. upon returning from paris on a early train, we were able to staxh our luggage in the secure facility provided, and enjoy london for a few hours prior to check in. the hotel is less than 100 ft. from the entry to the st. pancras train station and underground, making it most convenient for eurostar travelrs and generally getting around london on the tube. the full english breakfast was very good. upon checkout, the bill for breakfast hadn't been added to the total. a most pleasant gent at the desk smiled and charged us for a single continental breakfast only. Hotel at good locationA quad room is actually a good size double room with sofa beds. the room is with transparent glass toilet which makes a lot of inconvenience to a family with older children.Anonymous
