The staff was certainly friendly and accommodating to requests and questions and they were generally non-intrusive. the location was also perfect for my trip purposes. 
First, it's overrated at 3 stars since it is not that impressive of a hotel. 2 stars would be more appropriate based on the room amenities and size. my bathroom smelled as though there was a sewage leak in in one of the pipes for half of my 5 night stay. also, there were no "do not disturb" signs provided to hang on a door knob to tell housekeeping when to come and go. i was walked in on multiple times when trying to sleep late on the weekend. despite all this i would recommend this place to anyone on an appropriate budget and is in london for only a few nights. Room and ensuite bathroom was very spacious.No tea / coffee making facilities in room as vending machine in lounge. this was not accessable after 10pm as lounge was locked cost. tea / coffee from vending machine was not complimentary.
