 "Revisit to a favourite"
We have stayed at this hotel before, it is in a great spot - handy to the city and next to Chelsea Football club. However because of teams using late checkout, our room was moved to the millenium part of the hotel which is cut off from the hotel facilities. It was a very comfortable room, upgraded for us so we soon got over our disappointment. Would stay there again - enjoyed the opening window in our room.

Pros: Good hotel overall, very kind staff, convenient location, good facilities. we would definately return to this hotel and do recommend it to others. safe area.
Cons: Not much, a little crowded at one point as we left the hotel soon after a game in the stadium finished but no problems at all. the mini bar was empty with a note that said ''on demand''. it would have been nice to find at least some still water just in case.
