 "Disappointing"
1. The RoomWe booked the standard room. when we got there, we found the room was too small, too dark, with a really tiny double bed. After asking for another room, we got another one, even worse -- with strong ciggaretes smell - and yet again, a very small bed.The next room (the 3rd one) we got was an "upgrade" - a club room. that room was fine - nothing more then that. The bed was in a proper size, but very uncomfortable, tired of a long flight, we decided to keep it. The level of maintainece of the room was rather poor - lamps werent really working (flashing all the time, one was broken without a switch..). the maid was fine.2. Service. Well, the staff were very nice, but it seems that the hotle is owned by chepos. For instance, when I went to the lobby and asked for a power adapter, they said that they only sell them - for five pounds!! of course I bought one because my iPhone battery was dead and I had no choice. but honest, this is a 4 stars class hotel, DO BETTER.3.WE GOT NO FREE WIFI. this is annoying - they want half an hour of wifi for 5 pounds. well, this is 2013 and we should get free wifi if we paid 1000 pounds for a week.We won't get back.

 "Great location - excellent hotel"
`My second trip to this hotel - staff friendly, particularly Marcella in the `business `centre. ``she was most helpful in printing my boarding pass for my flight out of ``Heathrow'. ```Hotel is just across the road from tube station so really convenient.. Will stay there again.

Need more attention to cange bed sheets and pilow covers .Concerge services are helpfull and excellent .Guest relations are cooperativeClub lounge is limited in snacks

 "Concierge"
overall, services are polite and good. The exception is an English concierge who was grumpy and rude. He charge gbp5 for an adaptor that is non-refundable. This must be one of the few if not the only hotel of this category that sells an over priced adaptor to their hotel guests. All hotels where i have stayed charge a deposit but return the money when the adaptor is given back. Justification by the concierge? Blame the hotel policy.

Pros: Cleaning staff were excellent and most helpful.
Cons: Thought the room me and my 81 year old mother got looked a little shabby and not as nice as the photo of the room posted on |internet.

 "The staff at this hotel was friendly and attentive, even in difficult..."
Pros: The staff at this hotel was friendly and attentive, even in difficult situations.
Cons: When we arrived at the hotel we found that it had been overbooked and that, consequently there were not enough vacant rooms when we arrived on friday night the duty manager, mr torsten puck, managed this awkward situation with graciousness and politeness

 "Very spacious rooms"
Pros: Very spacious rooms. the hotel has confirmed that we have wtvin bed room (as requested) but on the arrival we got a double room. the offered us an upgrade from the next day and we aølso got a free off charge breakfast.
Cons: Even the twin room was confirmed by e-mail we still got a double room. the kettle for boiling water was not in the room (we had to ask about it) and our luggage was not in the room whne we changed the room due to the booking mistake done by hotel.

Cons: In the time we arrived at 2pm they gave us only 3 rooms.the one room left we didnt received until 5pm , there werent any reaction from the reception staff that they want to solve the issue of the delay . in the day of checking out , they called us at 10am to check out , as we know its not the checking out time . is it fair to delay our checking in time and make the checking out eirlier ???!!
