Pros: Great apartment, clean, well furnished in an excellent location near liverpool station, spitalfields market, good food options and easy to check in and out. will definitely stay again when in london.

Pros: It was easy to find. close to tube station so easy access to anywhere.
Cons: The booking was changed 3 days before our trip to minc apartments city reach. the apartment was ill equipped, the booking was for 4 people, there were 3 chairs at the dining table, not enough cutlery or crockery for 4 people, no welcome pack as described on the booking form. there was mould growing in both showers and on the second day of our stay the access code to the building was changed without us being informed and we could not gain access to the building. we called the emergency number we had been given and the person on the other end was very rude, threatening to charge £50 for the call. emails to the company were not replied to promptly, although they were eventually acted upon. due to the change of booking we were offered adiscount which was not deducted from the charge and we had to email the company yet again to get this money back. we were promised that a manager would contact us but as yet that has not happened.

Pros: Modern clean and well furnished 2 bed apartment. staff were very helpful.
Cons: The top floor bedroom was so hot and only had minimal ventilation. we were unable to use this room. we would not book a top floor apartment here again during the summer months

Cons: I would have appreciated a refill of the coffee, sugar and cream during my stay. unfortunately, i left too early in the morning and arrived back home too late in the evening to ever make a personal request for this.
