 "Good hotel"
We passed great holidays in this hotel. The service was kind and the room was clean and inviting. It is well comunicated, there are underground and bus stations very near. Also, there is a train station 5 minutes far. The continental breakfast was good.

Pros: The hotel was located near paddington station, and was easy to find. everything was pretty clean. the staff was helpful, but somewhat brusque.
Cons: The room is small, and the bed linens were only washed once during our week stay. the lift was out of order. the breakfast was very limited (cold cereal, boiled eggs, toast, and one kind each of deli cheese and ham), and the coffee very very weak. the hotel required that one pay for the entire stay up-front; this seems less friendly than the norm.

Pros: Friendly staff. excellent location. our arrival time in london was well past midnight so we appreciated a hotel with a 24 h reception service.
Cons: Radiator was not on during the first night and day of our stay and the weather was exceptionally cold. the breakfast menu could have been more varied.

Pros: Hotel was very nice, and in good location. staff was friendly and helpful. paddington metrostation was near and that was a big plus. the price was excellent for young people like us. i would definetly go to nayland hotel again.
Cons: I had hoped that there would have been fruits, oatmeal, or something healthier at the breakfast. a simple wheat bread and egg does not take you far. but i understand that it's england :p
