 "Camden Town"
Great hotel, great to have a pub below, great location, 274 into Camden where everything happens. Can walk from Camden Town tube but best to bus it if you're knackered.Friendly hotel staff, decent breakfast - buffet style. Would definitely stay there again.

"Staff friendly and willing to help"
Pros: Staff friendly and willing to help.
Cons: Very poor breakfast provided and despite the understanding that london is an expensive place to stay, the room was very small and not laid out in a helpful way.

"Desk clerk was very helpful with any questions we had and also printed out..."
Pros: Desk clerk was very helpful with any questions we had and also printed out airline boarding passes for us.
Cons: Not as close to train station as advertised. with luggage it is quite a walk!
sink in the bathroom was tiny, tiny and located below a glass shelf and there was no room between sink and shower to even see in the mirror. the 3 flight up narrow stairs was hard to take luggage up or down. bar below was often noisy.

"We were attracted by the price and were unsure of what we would find"
Pros: We were attracted by the price and were unsure of what we would find. it was for one night and decided to take a chance on it as we were going to see a gig at the roundhouse. we were pleasently surprised. the room was clean, equiped with everything we needed and the hotel had a warm homely feel that you wouldnt get at a larger hotel. we are visiting london in april and have already booked a 3 night stay at this hotel.

Pros: According to london prices it was cheap! the hotel staff were funny and friendly.
Cons: The location, five min walk from caledonian road. it's fine if you want to reach arsenal stadium but otherwise you'll have to take the tube or the bus. it smelled bad in the room when we got in. obviously had some problems in the bathroom that they didn't take care of before renovating the room.

Cons: Address issue - no house number and the name not obvious. the building is named "new market ale house" so it looked like a pub.

"Everything is brand new and very well furbished"
Pros: Everything is brand new and very well furbished. our room was small but well organized, double window kept the traffic noise out. it suited me and my 20 year old daughter perfectly. we got a password for the internet in the lobby. breakfast was good and the staff with one exception was friendly, very helpful and made us feel at home. there are two 24 hour busses which run right by, one straight to camden town the other to kings cross railway station and oxford street.
Cons: There was no hot water in the room the first day we arrived but the staff went to work to fix it right away. the flat screen tv was difficult to watch from one of the two beds because of the angle. my daughter missed the hairdryer which was in the description but was not in the room. there was a bad incident between my daughter and one of the staff but it was taken very seriously by the manager and dealt with. i got the feeling all reasonable complaints are taken care of with a very positive attitude.

Pros: Friendly staff, and clean and modern room which was a nice surprise.
Cons: Could not sleep at all due to very loud and annoying extractor fan type noise that didn't stop til 05.30am. could not find anyone after 00.00 to complain and try to move room. was very unhappy with hotel experiance because of this.
