Pros: Great price. whilst rooms was very small it was ultra modern and probably the most clean bathroom i have ever seen in a hotel.
Cons: Staff were slightly unhelpful but didn't really bother us. people are saying breakfast is naff but what do you expect for the price. continental is either rice crispies or cornflakes and toast with jam. then tea and coffee. fills a hole

Pros: The cleaning lady was lovely and the room size was good for a london hotel and had a nice bathroom and was very clean
Cons: Most the staff were rude and there was renovations going on all day which made it difficult to move through the hotel and the elevator malfunctioned daily

Cons: Was going through a revamp nobody informed me dust every where, shower would not work if sink in bathroom was used,
whilst in the shower if some one else was using water the shower stopped working i.e. no water all in all a bad experience this was room 314 other room seemed fine 211

Pros: Very friendly staff. good value for money. comfortable atmosphere. good connection to london centre. breakfast simple, but generous and well organised.
Cons: On the first night we had a room where there was a loud noise, coming apparently from some kind of (water) pump, and the double bed was very narrow. however, the staff were very friendly and immediately gave us a different room for the next and follwoing nights - no more noise and a very wide, comfortable bed.

Pros: Near bus transport lines which link to a tube. also helpful staff though tied up with many customers and their needs in the summer time.
Cons: I had to change two rooms. since most rooms were occupied, the room i got was on top floor and warm in the day and night. i then changed to another room but this too was warm since it had warm water passing in pipes under the floor. there were no other rooms with my budget and had to leave after two days. i believe the rest of rooms are good and if the hotel can fix these two or use them for something else (storage of non-pershable goods, for example).
