Bathroom very clean. floorboards in bedroom very squeaky and uneven, curtains need cleaning. no remote for tv.extractor fan in bathroom not working.

The lobby is very nice.The rooms are not so great. i have stayed in many european hotels so i know what to expect but this room was very cramped. it was also very hot and we visited in october with a high temperature of 50f (10c). we tried to oped the window and it would only open a few inches. other than the great looking lobby the hotel was fairly dirty.Anonymous

Staff were excellent and helpful, especially when we needed to change rooms. breakfast was included and good.We had to change rooms. bathroom door handle fell off and toilet would not stop flushing. executive rooms are very basic. Anonymous

Great location.Rooms very very basic bathroom very small. got takeaway the first night packed it up for rubbish but they left it in room for the whole staff. staff at front desk not friendly lucky to get a hello. room looks nothing like on web site.Anonymous

I asked to one staff person to fix one light in the bathroon and clean under the bed, who was quite dity (with one battle and tissues of the previous guess) and she didn't do anything, complained next day and didn't matter about that (it was the 12-10-2000)Liljengren
