My girlfriend and I traveled London for about a week and had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the Paddington Tube station and has some great restaurants in the area. Unfortunately our second night there the elevator broke down and we had to trek the 5 flights of stairs up to our room, but that kind of stuff happens. There was a nice breakfast and the staff was quite helpful and extremely courteous.

Let´s say that this is a nice average Hotel, can´t ask for more considering the location and the price. What I didn´t really like is that when we arrived the receptionist gave us a room with poor light and that it smelled awful, I requested another room and they told me that it was going to be difficult because the Hotel was full, well, he gave me another room key to take a look and it was a little better but was just painted so absolutely impossible to breath. Went to reception again and he gave me another key room that finally was the best option. The Hotel is undergoing renovations but I think it wasn´t very clever to treat us that way because we had purchased the nights in advance so at the end what I have is not a very nice impression. Should have given us a better room in first place, but if you don´t complain..... Anyway, breakfast was pretty good.

Pros: Excellent cleanliness throughout the building, although it appeared fairly standardized one expected it to be.

Pros: The breakfast was included in the room price and offered an excellent selection of foods which were all available as self service.

Pros: Good value for money and good location especially when considering london is overpriced
Cons: My twin bedded room had stained and dirty sheets/duvet on one bed meaning i had to sleep in the 2nd choice of bed. luckily it was a single occupancy otherwise it would have been an issue

Pros: We checked out after one night because the beds where very bad and small you could feel the iron under the matras/ the window could not be closed en the outside noise kept us awake

Pros: The staff were all very helpful, it was well located for our trip and the price was excellent value. i would stay there again.

Pros: Bra hotell, städat och fräscht. inte det nyaste hotellet men helt klart prisvärt. hiss fanns det också.

Pros: I only stayed one night because the hotel rooms were not good for me
