 "My Stay at Norfolk Towers Hotel."
This hotel is very impressive on arrival and all communal areas and the restaurant are decorated to hi spec. However the maintenance of the room itself leaves a little to be desired! Should the same amount of attention be paid to the presentation of the rooms (woodwork repainted and wallpaper replaced) themselves, this would be an excellent hotel. However, the food, service and staff were all excellent and a credit to the company. We will stay here again and would recommend to others.

When we arrived to check in on the check in time, we were ignored for about 15 minutes by the staff then told our room was not yet ready, the rooms were tiny, the bathroom was dirty, very noisy.......

The rooms are extremely cold, the rooms aren't painted, no double bed just two very old single beds pushed together. Did I mention how cold it was....I would stay here again. The service and breakfast were good but an extra £4 for hot breakfast wasn't meantioned in the booking..

I would suggest to provide USB adaptor because new technologies requires USB cables to charge the main electronic devices. The lcation is perfect, very good connection with the tube, sorrounding silent and relaxing.

 "Great Location--Bad Sleep"
The location and staff of this hotel are very good. The room was the smallest we've ever stayed in and the bed was the worst. The mattress was VERY lumpy, which made sleeping difficult.

the room wasn't that clean and we booked a tripple room but they just placed a bed more in a double room, so we didn't had mutch place. the badroom was clean.If we wanted an englisch breakfast we had to pay 4 pounds more, continental breakfast was included.the staff was very friendly

The location is very good, easy acces to Londons most beautiful places. close to central london but still in a peacefull area.the rooms are ok, bathroom a little small. It's a nice hotel with good service and friendly staff, i wouldn't stay there during winter time though.. some of the window wouldn't close.

From the outside everything seems fine.Inside you end up in a mid-seventies decor; with dated rooms, interior,a bathroom that's falling apart, and a bed with a matras that doeseverything to kill your back in a night...At breakfast there's a possibility to pay extra for eggs etc...it wasn't expensive, but I've stayed far better for the same - also in Londen!

 "Two Young Travelers"
My girlfriend and I traveled London for about a week and had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the Paddington Tube station and has some great restaurants in the area. Unfortunately our second night there the elevator broke down and we had to trek the 5 flights of stairs up to our room, but that kind of stuff happens. There was a nice breakfast and the staff was quite helpful and extremely courteous.

Let´s say that this is a nice average Hotel, can´t ask for more considering the location and the price. What I didn´t really like is that when we arrived the receptionist gave us a room with poor light and that it smelled awful, I requested another room and they told me that it was going to be difficult because the Hotel was full, well, he gave me another room key to take a look and it was a little better but was just painted so absolutely impossible to breath. Went to reception again and he gave me another key room that finally was the best option. The Hotel is undergoing renovations but I think it wasn´t very clever to treat us that way because we had purchased the nights in advance so at the end what I have is not a very nice impression. Should have given us a better room in first place, but if you don´t complain..... Anyway, breakfast was pretty good.
