The hotel was dreadful!!!the carpets are old and dirty. the rooms are small and the furniture is cheap and broken. the hairdryer did not work and was not repaired despite repeated requests. the light in the bathroom did not work. the wardrobe door was broken. it is the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in!Anonymous

We loved our stay here! the room was a bit small, but it was very clean, and the bathroom also was very clean! it was in a lovely area of earl's court--very easy to get anywhere in london as it is right next to a tube station that is on both the piccadilly and the district lines. we loved the area and the hosts are very helpful as well.Breakfast was a bit dull, but it did the job! room was small, but it fit us and our 4 suitcases just fine.Anonymous

Staff were polite, although they did not speak good english. the room was relatively clean. the ensuite bathroom was lovely. good location.There was damp in the room and the hotel was not as advertised. the room was small and the window was cracked. we were asked to pay in advance of even seeing the room, the reason for which became apparent once we saw the state of the room. just really disappointing overall. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Brady

Good location near earls court. My first room was covered in mould. after telling them i would cancel my stay they eventually found another room for me. the hotel was extremely hot, small, the quilt cover and net curtains were dirty and though the location was good, it was very noisy. also, no early breakfast available. for £10 more a night i could have stayed somewhere with an equally good location that was much nicer. the rooms were so small, my friend couldn't open the door of her wardrobe as the bed was in the way. i would consider this a desperation or very low budget hotel.habraken

It was easy to check in and out. the staff gave additional information about local restaurants when they were asked. they were friendly.Unfortunately, the staff didn't wake us up by phone on the day of departure although we asked them the evening before.PARETZOGLOU
