Nice room. Kitchen small but OK!. Bathroom old and VERY small. Good cleaning. Very good location. Little noisy from street, but not a big problem.

"Not what shown on the photos"
Broken bed with terrible mattress. We felt a bit cheated because the rooms in the photos looked all new, but we got one with old kitchen and bathroom with some repair to do... Freezing cold first night because the heater wasn't turned on when we arrived.Very good location.

"Good location: near hyde park, near bus station"
Pros: Good location: near hyde park, near bus station. lift, kitchen, dish washing while cleaning the room.
Cons: Cold room, cold floor, audibility of road, poor kitchen facilities, for example, only one pan, no frying pan. bad first cleaning of the room.

"Yeah its a nice place, big space, preferable in many ways, a good call,..."
Pros: Yeah its a nice place, big space, preferable in many ways, a good call, near a mall, fits both short & tall, you go hyde park, where dogs bark, return late when its dark, find your bed, tears shed, upon the pillow you lay your head, and say good night to your beautiful lady...
Cons: Not really negative, but i had a strange dream, though i guess that had nothing to do with the apartment...

Pros: I stayed 1 week in palace court apartments and was impressed with my room its facilities and cleanliness. location was 10/10 for me, access to tube, buses, parks, shopping, restuarants and proximity to west end was ideal for me. staff helpful.
Cons: Coming from australia and water being a very prescious comodity, i found it difficult to fathom that the tapes in the bathroom leaked excessively and by the stains on the bath had done so for sometime. i did mention the leakage to the staff.

"Hotel was good - really enjoyed our stay"
Pros: Hotel was good - really enjoyed our stay
Cons: A little old fashioned but we really had no complaints
"Great place, will definitely book with them again on next trip to london"
Pros: Great place, will definitely book with them again on next trip to london.
Cons: Room was great all things needed to cook and fridge food were there. bathroom was a bit outdated but adequate for my needs, not enough of a deterrent to not return to this hotel. water heaters are not automatic for bathroom and sink, they need to be turned on and off manually by guest. i had experience with this set up before so wasn't a big deal to me. but might be annoying to someone unfamiliar with having to plan to turn on water heater and waiting in morning for hot water.

"So convenient to rail, parks, bus, shops"
Pros: So convenient to rail, parks, bus, shops. very basic & small but clean. on top floor. lift. reasonable price for london.
Cons: Thin walls & squeeky floors. the fire alarm went off and the reception hadn't openned so a guest climbed on a chair & turned it off.

"Strategic location at the corner facing main road(bayswater road)"
Pros: Strategic location at the corner facing main road(bayswater road).5 minutes walk to 2 underground stations.very near to malaysia hall where authentic and cheap malaysian dishes are served.also very cose to berjaya and holiday villa hotels where halal malaysian food served.we took 2 units of 3 pax room.they are quite sizeable.the third bed is however a slider under bed.these rooms are at the groud floor and we have no problem with sqeeking floor boards sound when we walk.
Cons: A little bit noisy at night as this room is at the ground floor.not a problem to us because we had to spend a night only.no luggage storage to leave our bags but the staff was kind to allow us leave them along the corridor while we go shopping after checking out.but we we were very worried if someone might just pulled away one of our hand luggages.but every piece was there when we return 5 hrs later.this hotel seems to be family operated.they don't usually smile but they are not rude and attentive to your requests.

"We arrived early and did not like the room we were first shown, since it..."
Pros: We arrived early and did not like the room we were first shown, since it was on the ground floor in the front; but the staff were very accommodating and gave us a better room higher up. when we left, they let us leave our baggage in a secure place for the whole day (our train was in the evening); and they were in all our dealings with them very polite and helpful. the location of the apartments is great, mid-way between the notting hill and queensway tube stations, and just north of kensington palace. other positive things (very briefly): the kitchen was adequate; the bed was nice and firm; there was lots of storage space.
Cons: The whole place is rather run down, though not grubby. in the bathroom, for example, the towel rail was barely haning on by one screw at one side, the heater unit above the door had pulled away from the wall (rather a long time ago, i suspect) and did not work; the shower head was very old and clogged with limescale. still. . . you're paying only what you'd pay for a b&b, you have far more space, and you can save a small fortune on meals.
