Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.
Cons: Rooms were rather small, so were the corridors, though. it was quite hard to find the room 308 at the first time.

Pros: The hotel was situated within a 5-minute walk from bayswater station, shops, pubs and buses which made it a great location 24/7. the area was safe as well as multicultural, offering something for everybody. the hotel reception was always open but had staff there around the clock which made us feel safe. our room was reaaaaallly small :) but it had a bathroom and it was cleaned every day always when we weren't around.the walls were freshly painted and we had a brand new matress on our bed. i loved the window and the view from it. there was wireless internet in the reception area which was free to use for all.
Cons: The impression we got was really positive but for the fact that being late-sleepers we never got a chance to try the breakfast served until 9:30. :) also, something we luckily didn't experience, two people complained about bedbugs in their room. didn't happen to us thanks god so we weren't sure how big the scale of the problem was. otherwise a pleasant stay worth recommending.

Pros: Very good location, like 5 blocks from the bayswater station and in a very safe neighborhood.
Cons: Not a very clean hotel, the housekeeper was completely lazy and she wouldn't even make up the bed!

Pros: Cleanliness ok (but just ok), new towels every day, internet in room, fairly large room (family room on the ground floor), good location, quiet area
Cons: In a family room there should be more chairs and a larger tv - it was the smallest tv we have ever seen. staff uninterested, but helpful if you asked. tiny bathroom, but the shower was good.

Pros: Not one! =(the only thing is the location but that´s due to the neighbourhood, but the hotel itself is just a waste of money.
Cons: 1. the maids, who do the breakfast, are too abrupt! they take the meals from your mouth when the breakfast time finishes. they shout at you and almost cry if you don´t leave the dining table because they don´t speak english very well. they were totally horrible. many guests complained about that!
2. the receptcion girls agree with this kind of treatment of guests. you are not allowed to complain to them because it also immediately makes them angry. they don´t believe you at all and say that if breakfast ends at 9:30am, it´s at 9:30 and woe to you if you don´t leave exactly on time. in fact they say that this strict rule is from the administration, and they will enforce it, even with shouting if neccesary.
3. we complained every day and due to that they threatened us with the sentence "we know your room number"! the day after this threat we understood it: they stole our camera. only when we talked about calling the police, they put the camera back.
4. these maids who make the breakfast are also the cleaners. the lovely thing was seeing them cleaning the wc with the towels from each room.
