 "Trip in London"
Bad reception since arrival. Needed to pay in advance and received the key for a room not ready and with broken paving (not safe at all).

Pros: It was located close to underground station. and a quiet location which which was good after a long day.
Cons: The staff had a sort of hostile attitude, and were hard to understand.

Cons: The rooms were very cramped and my room smelt damp. the bathroom was so small you could hardly fit in it - i was pleased i was a small person - if you were on the large side you would be in trouble

Pros: Staff were friendly and relocated without argument us to a more suitable room when we were dissatisfied with the first room we were shown. bedding was clean.
Cons: The first room was too small for us to use easily, as we are elderly and not fully mobile; the room we did take was up 4 flights of stairs, with no lift, which was do-able, but difficult for us. the shower had to be run for 15 mins each time in order for the hot water to reach this floor.

Cons: The older staff from the hotel was very rude. room is very small and old looking and worst of all, i got a room in the basement besides the garbage! last but not least,corridors are terribly narrow as it only fits 1 guest with a bigger baggage.
