All guests recieve a very personal level of service. The exclusive shopping and business addresses of Park Lane, Bond Street and Knightsbridge are all within easy reach.

On site is the Stanhope Restaurant, a small intimate 32 seat dinning area. Light refreshments and snacks are available from the Lounge Bar, as well as afternoon tea from 14.30 till 17.30. Other facilities include two meeting rooms for up to 60 people.

All rooms have individual climate control, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer, dataport, En suite bath/shower, remote control TV and 4 pay per view channels, room service is 24 hours.

It was in a fantastic location and the rooms, staff, breakfast all great. the trip advisor reports put me off initially but they are very wrong which is a shame for the hotel. i will add my own comments to ta

Lovely, quaint hotel in an escellent location.
Everything else was fine except the bathroom: 1. not hot enough water at 5.30 am when i wanted to take a hot bath 2. loo extremely difficult to get fully flushed 3. hot water tap of bath fell off 4. shower button difficult to use 5. staff a bit defensive with regards to complaints & were not empowered to offer any on the spot compensation

The rooms are in a a terrible state. decor is old and dated, carpets stained, doors missing off cabinets etc.

Personnel very helpful, efficient check-in and departure.

Very cosy hotel. it looks nice both from the inside and the outside.the service was very good, and the location was perfect.
The rooms were ok, but a bit old. and we had some problems understanding and using the taps in the bathroom.

We found the location ideal for everything we wanted to do.the staff were very welcoming and were extremley pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. i shall be returning later in the year taking my daughters with me!!! thankyou for making my 5oth birthday such a memoable occasion xxx
