We paid extra/changed room to get a better view,but we kind of new it may be that way.we were glad we did,and that it was an option,it was worth the extra for the executive lounge facilities breakfast etc.this was our only weekend away this year.it was a good stay at the plaza.thank you all.great location for visiting london,eating out locally/facilities etc was brilliant too.
i personally think the park plaza should appeal/suit the needs of anybody travelling to london for a short stay.
for the most part,nice and quiet too.
it was a shame that the windows couldn't be 'slightly' opened,but i guess this is for health and safety reasons.
The only ~ve was a fire alarm (false thankfully)in the middle of the night caused by some stupid type people....not the hotels fault.
not any spare bedding in room,just in case of need,which did turn out to be the case,suitable bedding was provided,thank you againAnonymous

Excellent location, very modern and well equipped roomMy request that i entered on easy book was not facilitated even though i rang the hotel the day before
when i rang to confirm my booking they had no record of it. then i was told it was because i had not given credit card details when i booked, which i had. while the confusion was being sorted i was left on hold for 10 minutes. it was an expensive call from ireland on a mobile phone and i got still did not get my issue resolved Selkirk

Good location, very clean and tidy room and hotelThe soundproofing between rooms was non existent, my room 1021 had what appears to be joining doors with the next room covered with a mirror. we could hear everything from the next room even at speaking level, this has put me off from staying in a park plaza hotel in the future. It was conveniently located near the underground(tube). was not noisy. we actually opted to upgrade our room to have free breakfast and use of an executive lounge. it was great overall.The shower was weird because it didn't exactly have a door. also we didn't have 24 hour access to the executive lounge which woud have come in handy, and the time for free drinks was not convenient for tourists, since we got back to our hotel by the time it was over. We were very pleased with the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay. i would definitely stay at the park plaza county hall again and would be happy to recommend it.More comprehensive directions would be an advantage.

We were upgraded to a suite due to the wrong room being initially given to us. the staff seemed friendly and we loved the situation of the hotel. The room was far too hot for our liking. it was like being in a sauna and woke us up during the night, due too feeling overheated. we couldn't work out how to lower the temperature.
