 "Stained mattress"
Stayed one night at the hotel. The sofa bed which should have been made up, was not! As we pulled our the bed there was blood stains all over the mattress. We waited 30 mins for someone to come to our room but when they arrived they wasn't quite sure why they had been sent to our room. In total four members of staff came to see if they could assist. Eventually my husband spoke to the Manager who moved us to another room, by this time it was 11.30pm. When we arrived at the next room we had no bedding for the sofa bed so had to wait whilst Housekeeping came to the room with sheets etc
Needless to say, we had a terrible night without any apology!!! The next morning Guest Services assured us that they would look into the incident with the matteress and that would not debit our account until they had a response (48 hours) and yet the very same day the monies were debited from our account and we received an email offering us 20% off our stay. However, we found this unsatisfactory as I have stayed in many hotels and never experienced dirty bedding or bed. I did not feel that, as paying guests, our ordeal was dealt with very professionally!!

 "Needed a woman's touch"
Overall the hotel is very nice. However, there are a couple of minor things that I would like changed. There is not enough light above the sink in the bathroom or the 1mirror in the hallway to put your makeup on. You run the risk of going out looking like a clown. When you say free wi-fi, it should mean free. Not "free" only id you use your own device. (That's nit picking I know)Room service - very nice people, however, each order that came was wrong. We asked for dressing on the side of the salad, and it was, in fact we didn't get any. There were 2 people eating - it was double confirmed, yet only 1 place setting was sent up, things like that. It should actually be someone in the kiotchen taking the orders not the business center, then they would know more about the food instead of having to put us on hold. And the concierge service, again, very nice but they really needed to know more about what was going on in town. Pretty simple. Overall, I'd definately stay again, these are just little quirks.......

DO NOT STAY HERE1-a room with a view: an inside hotel wall.2-light switches that don't work.3-lousy and expensive breakfast.4-no convenient bedside electrical outlet for a CPAP. that's why I ALWAYS carry a long extension cord.5-ridiculous elevator service (unless you're on the top floor). if your going down, go up first or you'll never get on.6-and it's relatively new, so there is NO excuse.7-much more, but you get the idea.

Very clean, Very spacious, very comfortable, great service, great location, great courtesy. In one word: perfect! I liked the bathtub, a hairdryer and a very comfortable bed. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for your trip to London

This place was wonderful. Easy walking distance to lots of major tourist attractions. Hop on hop off bus stop right near hotel. Thames river cruise pick up point also 5 mins walk. Room was terrific. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Great facilities. Check in went very smoothly. Staff were fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

 "Location Queen"
This hotel is literally a 4 minute easy walk across the bridge to Parliament and Big Ben. Even closer to the Eye! Also, great access to public transportation. If you want to book tours, talk to the concierge. If you're hungry, there's a variety of restaurants. Wi-Fi is throughout the hotel and, if you don't have your own device, the Business Center computers are open to everyone. The hotel is pretty snazzy; modern and comfortable. Leave your converter at home; each room has its own device. The tiniest drawback: room lighting is a bit of a puzzle but this shouldn't stop you from loving this well-situated lodging.

 "Nice stay in London"
Very nice area to stay in. Right by Big Ben and Thames. Easy to walk to central town and metro and bus nearby. Nice spacious rooms. We were 2 adults with our 14 year old son. The room was departed in 2 so it was almost like having two bedrooms. The pool was nice.
