- good location at london zone 2 easy to get to central london (about 45 - 60 min)
- good value for money
- room wasnt ready at my check-in
- hotel staff is rude and they dont care about anything
- no bath at room (hot water at shower working after 30 min of running a water from tap)Anonymous

Good connections by public transport. very friendly and helpfull staff.The continental breakfast buffet is not the runner. it just consists of toast, butter, jam, corn flakes, some juices, instant coffee and teabags. one day the choice of jams was even limited to orange marmelade only.
although beds and bathroom are clean, the carpet seems not to be cleaned for years.Anonymous
