The hotel was excellent but they did not have our reservation when we arrived! they told us that easytobook.com must've made a mistake a long the way because they didnt have any of my information. after i showed them my confirmation number they just made me a new reservation at the same price. so hotel good, website bad. Seems to better one of the better places to stay in the area. close to metros and hyde park.Upon arrival the receptionist couldnt find our reservation. throughout our stay we saw the same problem with most guests cgecking in, so print your reservation. toilet barely flushed and the breakfast was very average.rooms were way to pricey for what you get. staff were rude.Anonymous

The room was smaller than i expected but met my needs. it was difficult to find the hotel at first but the location to underground transportation was excellent.The shower in the room was very small. Anonymous
