Cons: Small rooms thin walls provided tea ins coffee in rooms but no spoons also only tap in room to get water said not drinking water .

Pros: Great location - just a short stroll from finsbury park tube. decent continental breakfast.
Cons: On arrival we were told we were not staying at the pembury and had to travel to a further building down the road (not ideal); when we got here the person could barely speak a word of english and smelt like a dog had pooed in her mouth and to add insult to injury our rooms had been treble booked. we decided to leave and seek alternative accommodation, however on returning to the pembury seeking a refund they miraculously found us some rooms! the room was clean & comfortable; however the plug sockets did not work next to the bed (dead mobile in morning) and the bathroom was so small you need to be a contortionist to use the sink!

"It was quiet, clean and very near from the underground station and bus..."
Pros: It was quiet, clean and very near from the underground station and bus station. night hotel staff were much kind than day staff.
Cons: Instant coffee for breakfast? breakfast wasn't so nice and no wifi in the room, it is only for small loby area. the bathroom was way to small, i couldn't breath !

Pros: Although the rooms and toilet are small, they get a point having wood floor instead of carpet. the furniture are relatively new but the quality was poor and some drawers are broken. the rooms were warm and also the water in the shower. the breakfast was not varied but was aceptable: toast, corn flakes, tea and coffe. the hotel location is really good, with underground station and bus stops near it. there are also some restaurants and pubs near the hotel.
Cons: They sould care more the cleanliness of the rooms, the cover of the chairs in both rooms are extremely dirty and disgusting.
Pros: Small room but clean and quiet enough. though shower department needs renovation.
Cons: Breakfast was very busy with people and not well organized by staff.
