"Location was great everthing nearby"

Pros: Location was great everthing nearby...the room was clean and modern...i enjoyed the gift basket that was provdided to every new guest.
Cons: Nothing...everthing was prefect.

Cons: The room we received was not the best for the money we soend
the room overlooked a deserted building and there was a bad stale smell in the room as if it hadnt been used in a while it was even worse when the turned the air conditioning on.

"While i gave all excellent remarks, this hotel has fallen behind on simple..."

Pros: While i gave all excellent remarks, this hotel has fallen behind on simple maintenance. the rugs were "being cleaned", but they were very stained tho the room was itself clean. refrigerator needed defrosting, a lamp was broken, and tv stations and movie selection too limited.
Cons: Everyone was very responsive, food was terrific, no complaints.

"Great location, very nice rooms"

Pros: Great location, very nice rooms. staff were very helpful when we did ask for help, though the cleaning staff had very limited understanding of english which surprised us.
Cons: There were a few issues that we simply did not expect from a five star hotel. the shower overflowed first time i used it, due to blocked drainage. the washing machine/dryer did not work properly. there were no instructions for using the convection microwave. this would be helpful for people not familiar with these microwaves. in fact all the appliances should have adequate instructions for use. only the coffee machine had this information.

Pros: Staff were friendly and informative, good location, rooms were well equipped although compact,excellent views from our 3 bedroom suite, chino latino bar/restaurant downstairs has excellent choice of food and cocktails at reasonable prices.
Cons: Checkpout time could be later.
