 "Good stay"
Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast, choise between English breakfast and Continental, fast service and clean. Quiet surroundings. Noicy doors that slammed when people passed, in the hotel. The Bathroom was not well cleaned. Just a short walk from the Underground, in zone 2.

 "Oh Dear"
Exepected cheap and cheerful but not this cheap. It was more like a hostel for foreign sudents who were not very quiet in the night. the room was very basic and the mattress was non existent although the sheets appeared clean. the throw over the bed smelt of old trainers and was clearly in need of a wash. there was clear moisture stains on the ceiling around the bathroom door. The bathroom had mould everywhere and had clearly not been updated for sometime. We were only staying for the one night and were out most of the day therefore we put up with it, any longer and we would have moved. i beleive the 'hotel' was mis-represented on the website.

 "NEVER TAKES THIS HOTEL !!!!"
I was on the second floor and I asked for the first floor but there was now room availeble for me on the first floor because i suffered back pains.In our room it was the most of the time cold. We arrived on friday and the room was cold !!I said it at the reception and she said the radiators are not on the hole time but it was still winter and cold !! The first night I had very cold for sleeping even on sunday it was the same cold in the room and you have to wash you in 15°. That's impossible!! There's a new one a big man who turns always the boiler of so we were on the second floor the radiators were cold !!. don't book this hotel in winter time you will be frozen !!!

 "Quiet location, good value for money"
Stayed 4 nights, single room with en-suite.Pros:- cheap- quiet residential area, close to Tufnell Park underground station- big room and spacious bathroom for the price- reasonably clean and quiet- no extra charges for paying by credit card- friendly staffCons:- a couple of times there was no hot water- I could not entirely close window in the bathroom, so it was rather cold in there- old 14 inches TV with only 5 basic channels, no remote control- average breakfast

 "Perfect for our needs, a night out in camden"
Pros: Perfect for our needs, a night out in camden. easily within walking distance and just round the corner from tufnel park tube. nice and clean room and real friendly lady behind the desk. the blanket on the bed was super warm and cosy. can't comment on the breakfast as we got up late, ooops.
Cons: None.

 "Very friendly staff"
Pros: Very friendly staff. quiet and very nice neighbourhood. close to kings cross and camden town. close to bus stations and tube.
Cons: Showerdrain did not work so it was impossible to shower. it was not fixed during our stay.
the toilet seat was broken.
the mattress must have been a hundred yeards old which caused the springs to stick in your back (and i'm not heavy and i am used to camping). an air mattress would have been more comfortable.
i would stay again if these 3 things were fixed.

Pros: Its really nice, you have your own bathroom, the location makes it easy and fast to get anywhere, i loved this hotel!! :)
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9 and im lazy hahaha

Pros: The receptionist during the day, ann was very helpful, warm and friendly. we also enjoyed the morning breakfast. the rooms were small, but expected with the size.
Cons: Our room smelled like tobacco upon our arrival, but a side from that was clean.

Pros: Staff very friendly . know they are renovating the hotel but feel they should start from downstairs up.first impressions are important.
Cons: The description for promiximity to london is misleading. the tube at tufnell park is within walking distance but does not explain how far and about steep walk.
