 "Stay in London"
Two things: - we had to pay one pound by each luggage and not in November 2012!- it wasn't possible to have hot chocolate and in November 2012 it was possible!- the room was very clean and spacious.

 "poor rooms"
The staff was very friendly and the service was good. The lobby and overall ground floor of the hotel was fine. Also, breakfast was good.However, the rooms were too small, warm and noisy and overall disappointing.

 "Acceptable accomodation"
The hotel has obviously been recently redecorated; this was not done to a very high standard. The room however was adequate and the bed very comfortable. Wifi did not work in my room therefore I had to come to the foyer/ business centre to do anything related which was inconvenient. Access to the room was difficult with very small lifts, corridors and unavoidable stairs. The location was excellent, within walking distance to attractions and transport. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and courteous.

 "Good hotel"
It was a good place considering the prices you get to pay in London. People working there are great and I strongly recommend the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and the breakfast served is very complete!

Perfect location, close to metro, shops and Kensington gardens.Room was very hot but beds were comfortable. Old but reasonably clean.

The hotel is at a good distance to central London and with the okay bus links. The proximity to Hyde Park with beautiful walks is a clear plus.Breakfast was okay, but room in the basement, there was no uplifting feeling

 "The breakfast was good but not a lot"
Pros: The breakfast was good but not a lot.
Cons: The room was dirty and was very small. in general, all the hotel was small, the lift, all carridors, the doors.

Pros: Close to underground and just accross the road from hyde park. triple room was small and we didn't get the specified choice of 3 single beds however it was clean and ok for an overnight stay
Cons: Small room so very hot making it rather claustrophobic even with window open! couldn't wait to get out into fresh air. again, fine for a one nighter but not for more than 2 days.

Pros: We were welcomed imidiately, when we came. they had our reservation ready og quickly learend our name. and the breakfats was lovely and without extra cost. to be a guest felt nice.
Cons: No, not really. oh, we were surpriced that we had to pay extra for our luggage to stay during the day of departure - but that is minor
