 "PERFECT LOCATION, HELPFUL STAFF"
Myself and daughter stayed here for a shopping trip to london. Less than a 5 minute walk to the tube on central line. 20 mins into oxford circus. On arrived i found out the parking was £10 for 24hrs and £1 hour thereafter. Very good reception staff. We were allocated rooms on the top quiet exec floor due to asking for quiet rooms on internet booking. Rooms are very modern and clean. All the staff around the hotel cannot do enough to help ( hold doors etc). ONE NEGATIVE- the mattresses are very basic and hard. If only they would upgrade the mattresses or even fit memory foam toppers i would definitely go back!

 "Few days in London"
Me and my mom stayed in this hotel and it was really nice. The breakfast was good and there was a lot of choices. Room was clean (although at first it smelled like a mans perfume but it faded away) and the shower was really nicely decorated. Location is near the tube station and it was a nice area. About 20 min from the center of London, on the Central line.

Nice hotel, quite new (about 6 years), not central but well connected by central line (red line, last stop of zone 2). Helpful reception staff, extremely clean rooms. No wardrobe! stylish rooms, very quite apart from the steps you hear out of your door due to the wooden floor. Good quality for acceptable price for London, absolutely recommended!

 "Business & Pleasure"
The hotel was suitable for our stay being outside the charge zone we could drive in easily from the midlands, it was clean and modern.The charge for parking ontop of the stay is always a big extra!The air conditioning did not keep the room cool during the length of our stay and asking for it to be checked twice.The tv had to have 4 remotes before it worked correcly

Lovely hotel, very clean and very accessible via tube station to central london. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly when we asked if we could leave our bag with them after checkout. Food was also very nice.

 "Relaxed weekend"
Stayed a Saturday night with my girlfriend. Had a clean, tidy room located on the top floor so could see the city skyline. No complaints, nice stay, would stay again.

 "I have been in better places"
For the money I'd paid I was expecting something better.There was no tissue in the room and even I ask the service for it I was refused .The location is at a big avenue so it makes noises 24h . At the other hand it is convenient because is near underground station . The Internet service is kind of complicated .Somehow I got a pleasant stay at last .Thank you !

 "Bad location, bad service"
The best thing this hotel had going for it was that it was clean. However, on our last night there we were woken up by the squeaking of a mouse. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It felt like someone put a sheet over a piece of wood. Our room phone didn't work. The tv remote only worked half the time. We had to ask staff multiple times for an extra pillow. The location was in what appeared to be an industrial area, and there were no restaurants nearby, had to take the underground to a couple stops away just to eat (hint: don't go to the Shepard's Bush stop for food, as staff advised. It's extremely ghetto and was the most uncomfortable during our stay in London) And as for site seeing... it was at least a 30 minute ride on the underground to anything you might want to go to. We will not be staying here again.

Cons: Although we had booked a double room on arrival we were told they only had one double left and it was for disabled guests. the bar area was closed off for a private function so we had to sit in the cafe side of the bar where we had to listen to two lots of music. one lot from the private function and one lot from the piped cafe music. this was very annoying. the wok around the world restaurant was also closed due to the private function. neither of these things were advised to us before booking.

 "It was a very nice stay, i was with my wife and daughter"
Pros: It was a very nice stay, i was with my wife and daughter. we found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, i would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: We had booked two rooms, as my brother came with him family, however his tv was not working properly, we informed the hotel, they said they would fix it however they did not fix the tv.

Pros: Some of the staff were very good but some were not helpfull at all. the rooms were cleen and had all the main fascilities i expected.
Cons: The floor boards of the corridors were very creeky and you could here a horrible creeking noise everytime people walked past your room

Cons: I selected hotel based on price for 3 adults. however there was a surcharge for the 3rd adult, price did not include breakfast or parking. therefore i paid much more than anticpated. although it stated this in small print i felt misled.

Pros: Reception staff very friendly and polite. comfortable room, choice between smoking and no-smoking (positive), rich breakfast. you could relax on the lobby and bar and enjoy some moments, positive that there is enough day-light coming in through the huge glass windows.

Pros: Ideal location, the underground station a short walk away.the family room was spacious modern and importantly clean. on arrival and departure the staff where pleasant and helpful. will definately use again.
Cons: The only problem i can think of was when using the tv, it wasn't totally clear if i had to pay for the channels i was watching.
