Excellent location regarding the underground & bus. the family room is very suitable,w.c is very good. nearby supermarket, halal resturant. quit & safe neighbourhood. i recommend it for famillies.Robin Bowser

We were able to save money by staying just outside of london but with the convience of the subway being 2 minutes away. it made traveling with children easier and safer. staff was very accomidating and helpful.
Parts of the subways close on the weekends periodically. check future closures before booking because we had to take several bus hops to get into london since we were vacationing on a weekend.echeveste

Hotel is clean and nice, the staff was very friendly. everything in the room worked fine.At the begining i was not given the room i reserved, but as soon as i brought this to the front desk they changed my room and everything was ok.Johnston

Just loved the ramada encore west london. staff helpful, polite and pleasant. the room was nicely decorated and very spacy. £108 for two nights for two persons is a real bargain and i will use this hotel next time i' in london.van Deventer

It was good location from walking to tube station to get into city of london.. but i'd watch out for them trying to charge extra for things! They tried charging our credit card an extra $300 for "being able to use hotel services such as room service, dining, etc.." i was not happy about that but they did refund the $ allowed me to only pay per use of service. Nothing serious, but would have been nice to have had 3 cups available when 3 people had booked into a room. also 3 face clothes instead of the one provided. other then that small thing,everything was excellent.Anonymous
