The hotel staff was very kind. i must say, that if i come again to london the willingness and kindness of the people of the hotel will be the major reason of my reservation. the hotel was clean and our stay there was pleasant. the lobby was cosy.
The map was not so exact so we had hard time to find the hotel. we were around the region for about half an hour, walking. the room was a bit small. i would also like to have a small refredgarator(mini bar) just to have a water.

Staff were friendly, nice lobby/bar.
Rooms were poorly decorated, tv is ancient and a charge to use the hotel gym is unacceptable.
